Trade Accounts

Trade accounts are available exclusively to motor trade businesses, including independent garages, main dealerships, fleet operators, insurance companies, and car hire firms. CKC UK reserves the right to approve or decline any trade account application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

If you apply for or hold a trade account, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the account relationship is accurate, complete, and kept up to date
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that takes place under your account

CKC UK reserves the right to suspend or close any trade account that is inactive, in breach of these Terms, or where the account holder is no longer operating as a legitimate motor trade business.

Services

CKC UK provides specialist automotive key services to the motor trade, including:

• Car key replacement and cutting
• Transponder key programming
• Key fob and remote repair

All work is carried out to dealer standard using professional-grade equipment and genuine or OEM-equivalent components. Any turnaround times quoted are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. CKC UK will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timescales but shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including parts availability or postal service delays.

Pricing and Payment

Trade pricing is applied in accordance with the terms agreed upon account approval. Key pricing details include:

• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise
• Approved trade accounts benefit from Net 30 payment terms unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing
• CKC UK reserves the right to amend pricing at any time; we will provide reasonable notice of any material changes
• Late payments may incur interest and administrative charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

CKC UK reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities or amend payment terms for any account at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and software — is the property of CKC UK or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without the prior written permission of CKC UK.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• CKC UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services
• Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the services provided to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CKC UK, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your misuse of the Site or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
